OUR CHARGES
The Legal Profession Act of NSW was enacted by the State Government in consultation with the legal profession and consumers of legal services. In it, the State Government has determined how lawyers in New South Wales must charge for their legal services.
Hogan Geikie Poole do comply with the legal requirements for charging under this legislation and under the Rules of the State and Commonwealth Courts.
Prior to entry into a Contract to provide legal services to you, we are required to enter into a written Contract with you which must set out in it, your rights and the legal provisions that have been stipulated by the relevant Court and the State Government. We must advise you how we charge and provide an estimate of costs to you.
